Time warping the web

Offline caching proxy server serves time travelers a lagged version of large parts of the web (powered by wwwoffle).

Frequently visited websites like nytimes.com, boingboing.net, and cnn.com are continuously fetched and archived.

O’Shea continues to browse the Internet, but only sees the page corresponding to current O’Shea Time. Early on he might be reading headlines from a few hours ago, but as real-time progresses he becomes increasingly distanced from current events.
